Sample rate (0.0 to 1.0) - percentage of traces to collect

§critical_sample_rate: f64

Minimum sample rate for critical operations

§max_spans_per_trace: usize

Max spans per trace to prevent memory bloat

§trace_ttl_ms: u64

Trace TTL in milliseconds before cleanup
